I just received a call from a smartbro agent asking me when would i settle my balance. I was shocked to hear that my bill is already P4,700. If I am paying almost one thousand a month, that means I haven’t been receiving any billing statement for five months.
I barely could remember the last time I paid my balance. Smartbro’s billing really sucks. Very inconvenient for a busy worker like me who depends at Bayad Centers to pay the bills. I have been using old billing statements to pay for my subscription until I run out of it.
I still have to inquire via phone on how much my current bill is and when will i receive my statement. The same old lines “Pwede po kayong magbayad sa nearest wireless center.” Err, what if the nearest wireless center is three rides away from your house. And this one time that I went to the wireless center, of all odds, the system is currently down.
Everyday, I wait for the mailman to knock at our door and handle me that little piece of envelope. Days passed and weeks came. Still no sign of that little piece of envelope. Until I got tired of waiting and just let go of waiting.
And now, my knees felt weak and my heart is furious. I am really frustrated. Now, I have to pay five thousand bucks!!!!!!
Darn! I admit that i wasn’t able to pay. I am irritated. Really.
Please, if you still don’t have an ISP provider, try Globe and Sun, they have outlets in almost every mall. Convenient enough for you to drop by and pay your bill. They also act fast on your technical problems. They won’t give up looking for your house just to deliver your billing statement.
If you are a smartbro subscriber and you are experiencing problems with your bills, as i can see it, IT IS YOUR DUTY TO BUG THOSE CSR ABOUT YOUR BILL. If you have to call them everyday, do so. If you are a busy person like, time will fly and you wouldn’t notice that it had been five months that you haven’t paid your bill.
