Leap year

today is leap year guys! whoohooo ^_^

it is  not a holiday but it is a special day for me. leap year happens once every four years and many believed that it is the year of the girls! mabuhay, kababaihan! i just wanted to celebrate my womanly year joyfully and memorable. hope my fellow women do the same.
